The Australian Government funded initiative, the Poverty Reduction Support Facility (PRSF), is seeking a highly qualified Survey Firm/Research Institution to undertake Instrument Development, Data Collection, and Process Studies for Improving Teacher Accountability and Performance in Remote Areas.
PRSF is a joint program between the Government of Australia and the Government of Indonesia to improve the quality of policy advice for poverty reduction programs in Indonesia. This Invitation for Prequalification calls for proposals from survey or research firms, institutes, or groups of researchers to provide research services that will complement the development of the instruments and mechanisms for a Phase 1 Operational Pilot. The scope of work includes the development of survey and research instruments, piloting the instruments, and in some cases, employing the instruments to conduct the following: (1) teacher absenteeism survey; (2) student learning assessment; (3) qualitative survey; (4) behavioral experiment; and (5) quantitative survey.
