Local Indonesian Education Expert International Business & Technical Consultants, Inc. (IBTCI)


Job Description
IBTCI (International Business & Technical Consultants, Inc.) has been contracted by USAID/ Indonesia to conduct a mid-term evaluation of three partnerships in climate change, conservation, and sustainable agriculture between U.S. and Indonesian institutions of higher learning. 

This evaluation will be conducted by a team of one U.S. specialist and two Indonesian specialists with knowledge of evaluation and familiarity with higher education partnership and exchange programs and/or with at least one of the relevant technical areas. 


It calls for approximately 35 days of work, which will be between the first week of May and the middle of June, ending before Ramadan begins.  

In addition to work in Jakarta and Bogor, the team will travel to Samarinda. Interested candidates should have a good command of spoken and written English plus the relevant professional skills.
