The Case Management Officer is responsible for supporting the Court Administration Specialist, especially in monitoring case data in the case tracking system (CTS) to improve case management, coordination with the Supreme Court Case Management Working Group and Badilum, facilitate development of the CTS Roadmap, and document best practices on improved case management in the first instance and high courts. Duties include extensive writing responsibilities and travel.
Qualifications
Applicants for Case Management Officer should have a minimum of one year experience and a college degree. Prior experience with the CTS is preferred. An understanding of the Indonesian justice system is required. Prior experience with technical assistance projects and work with donor-funded projects is preferred. Written and verbal fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required. Indonesian citizenship is required. Strong leadership, judgment, interpersonal, and communication skills are required. Demonstrated skills with software packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required.
