Operations Manager- Indonesia RTI International

Job Description
RTI International is one of the world's leading research institutes, dedicated to improving the human condition by turning knowledge into practice. Our staff of more than 3,700 provides research and technical services to governments and businesses in more than 75 countries in the areas of health and pharmaceuticals, education and training, surveys and statistics, advanced technology, international development, economic and social policy, energy and the environment, and laboratory testing and chemical analysis.


This position will oversee all operational and administrative aspects for the project and report directly to the Chief of Party. S/he will manage a team consisting of HR Officer, Procurement Officer, IT Specialist, and others. The position ensures that project operations are conducted in the most efficient manner, and in compliance with USAID and RTI's policies and procedures. This includes events planning and implementation, staff travel, procurement of goods and services, IT support, human resource administration under the guidance of RTI Asia Regional Office.




Qualifications:

Qualifications:
Master's degree in business management or other relevant field is required and at least 6 years of experience; or Bachelor's degree with minimum 10 years of experience.
Experience in operational management of large-scale programs, and managing and supervising staff, preferably for donor-funded programs.
Experience working with USAID strongly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills required and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal and external clients.
Demonstrated leadership, integrity, and versatility.
Fluency in English is required.
Local National highly desired. Compensation will be determined according to the Indonesia salary scale.
