Job Description :
Tetra Tech E.S. is accepting expressions of interest from qualified candidates for a Program Performance and Control Specialist for the Millennium Challenge Account - Indonesia (MCA-Indonesia) Program Management Consultant Services (PMC). The PMC will oversee four interrelated activities associated with the Green Prosperity (GP) project including: participatory land use planning, technical assistance for investments in low-carbon economic growth, management of the GP grants/loan facility and capacity building. The position will be full time and based in Jakarta, with travel to the field. Local and regional candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities include:
Managing program-wide costs and project schedules (implementation plan).
Estimating and reporting on key milestones such as identifying critical path issues, slippage and earned value.
The Program Performance and Control Specialist will be held primarily responsible by the Team Leader for implementation and enforcement of program controls and performance.
The Program Control Specialist will also be responsible for the review and evaluation of existing document management systems and will implement appropriate control processes.
Job Requirements :
* Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in engineering or management field, or other related field.
* 10 years of demonstrated experience setting up and managing large development program-level document control systems including experience in the application of relevant management information systems for diverse types of projects similar to GP.
*Experience utilizing and adapting program management information services and tools highly desirable, including IT-based project management tools for planning, costing, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting.
* Project Management Institute (PMI) Training and Certification highly desirable.
* Proven team player capable of working with a team of multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural specialists.
* International development experience, preferably in Indonesia or SE Asia.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage and coordinate numerous activities and programmatic objectives.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English required.
* Bahasa fluency desired.
