Job Description :

Tetra Tech E.S. is accepting expressions of interest from qualified candidates for Project Management & Technical Support Staff for the Millennium Challenge Account - Indonesia (MCA-Indonesia) Program Management Consultant Services (PMC). The PMC will oversee four interrelated activities associated with the Green Prosperity (GP) project including: participatory land use planning, technical assistance for investments in low-carbon economic growth, management of the GP grants/loan facility and capacity building.

These positions will be part time and require travel to Jakarta and to the field. Local and regional candidates are encouraged to apply.

Project Risk Management Specialist

Project Development Specialist 

Quality Control and Assurance (QCA) Specialist 

Environmental Safeguard Specialist 

Health and Safety Specialist 

Social/Gender Specialist

Job Requirements :

* University degree in related field, Masters preferred.

* At least 6 years working with development programs in their area of expertise, preferably on environmental programs with similar scopes to the GP.

* Proven team player capable of working with a team of multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural specialists.

* Experience in Indonesia or SE Asia strongly preferred.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage and coordinate numerous activities and programmatic objectives.

* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English required.

* Bahasa fluency desired.
